1 stainless steel pipe
Stainless steel perforated plates can process products of various types and uses, such as metal perforated pipes, metal perforated pipe filters, etc., used in construction, chemical, mining, oil refining and other industries, with endless uses.
2. Pass
The available pass patterns of stainless steel perforated pipe include round, square, hexagonal, elliptical and special openings.
3. Materials
The most commonly used stainless steel perforated tubes include 304, 304L, 316, 316L. Carbon steel may also be used.
The perforated stainless steel tube is made of T304 stainless steel plate or t316 stainless steel plate. These tube plates have a series of holes, which can be designed for you. Patterns can vary depending on the size of the holes, the distance between the holes, and the thickness of the material.
Unlike carbon steel, stainless steel has corrosion resistance. It contains chromium, which forms an invisible protective film when exposed to oxygen. According to the hardening ability of stainless steel, it can be divided into three categories. Austenitic stainless steels that can be hardened by cold work meet a wide range of design standards. They are essentially nonmagnetic, although they may become slightly magnetic due to cold working.
Stainless steel perforated tubes are straight chromium type and can be hardened by heat treatment.

Common type:
1) 304
One of the most widely used general stainless steels. It has excellent strength, corrosion resistance and manufacturing process. In order to reduce the precipitation of carbides during welding, 304L is used when the carbon content is low.
2) 316
Compared with other 300 series alloys, it has excellent corrosion resistance when used in harsh corrosive environments (such as sea water, chemicals, etc.). In order to reduce the precipitation of carbides during welding, 316L is used as its lower carbon content.
3) 321
Titanium stabilizes stainless steel and prevents the formation of chromium carbide crystals. It has better strength characteristics than 304 stainless steel, so it is most suitable for parts that cannot be subsequently annealed.
4) 410
The alloy content is the lowest among the three general types. It is a heat-treatable chromium type for high-stress parts that require bonding strength and corrosion resistance.
5) 409
409 is the one with the lowest chromium content in stainless steel. It has good high temperature corrosion resistance, medium strength, good formability and overall cost.
6) 430
A general-purpose non-heat-treated chromium type for highly polished valve trims in mild environments. Its advantages are ductility, formability, good corrosion and oxidation resistance, thermal conductivity and smoothness.
